New week, new jams to recommend!
Jeremy: 2 non house tracks this week since we played breakbeats on Sunday. I wanted to drop “A Madman’s Nod” but didn’t think it would work at 11:30-12:30 but OOF, and “Say Meow” had to be played for one of our favorite dancers, Kelsie as it was her Bday!!
Hector: “With U” by Molins is a deep and heady house track with classic vocal chop, and “Selfless State” by So Inagawa is Minimal sounding deep house with a lush vocal, re-released in support of Ukraine by Cabaret Recordings.
Mindy:
So U Know – A deep tech breaks that your mind can get lost in:
Rise Up – Soulful vocals mixed with that big wub garage 2 step:
New week, new jams to recommend!
Jeremy: “Something Like This” is a warm minimal bopper, and “Sunrise in Mexico” has a summery vibe and a breakdown that will make the dancefloor shine.
Hector: “Your Time” has a deep resonant low end and smooth rhythms with a touch of progressive pads, and Sud Ost is a quirky piano house throbber with a throwback vibe.
Mindy: “Forget About It” builds tension with off kilter break-beats and samples, and “Still Feel Ya” features smooth bass drops with a deep breaks aesthetic.
